I’ve used Dayler Rowney Cool Colours Pastel paper which offers a lovely coloured ground and has a nice amount of texture for the pastel to pull against.
Pastel Pencils
Stabilo Pastel Pencils – or similar coloured pencils.
Fixative
To spray the work at the end.
Additional/optional
- Latex gloves to protect fingers from dust.
- Putty rubber.
- White paper to test colours.
- A wipeable table cloth or surface.
