Soft Pastels –

I have used Unison Colour Pastels, other brands are available.

  • Black (Carbon Black 1)
  • White (Grey 28)
  • Orange (Orange 1)
  • Bark Blue (Dark 18)

Hard Pastels –

I have used Faber-Castell Pastels, other brands are available.

  • Black (FC199)
  • White (FC101)
  • Yellow (FC104)
  • Orange (FC109)
  • Red (FC219)
  • Blue (FC120)
Selection of hard pastels.

Paper –

  • Clairefontaine PastelMat paper 24 by 32 cm in Dark Blue or equivalent.

Other Materials –

  • Charcoal
  • Pencil
  • Paper Stump or Tortillon for blending
  • Emery Board
  • Drawing board
  • Tape
