Introduction

Pottery is such a common element in a still life chosen often for a particular shape which gives plenty of structure and balance to a composition.
I will demonstrate how to construct these cylindrical objects by looking for the eclipses, the obvious ones and the invisible ones and then joining them up with solid colour.
