How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership head to your subscriptions page.

Choose your subscription from the list to see more options.  Click the Cancel button to end your membership at the end of the current billing period.

Note that without an active membership you will no longer have access to any of the courses at the Pastel Academy, or access to the community area.

How do I reactivate a cancelled membership?

Sign in to your account and go to your subscriptions page.

Choose your subscription from the list and you’ll be given the option to reactivate a subscription that is set to expire, or resubscribe to a subscription that has been fully cancelled.

Can I switch from Monthly to Yearly Plan?

Yes, just head to your subscriptions page, click the View button on your current subscription then click the Switch Subscription Plan button.

From there, choose your new plan and complete the checkout process.

How do I update my profile picture?

This website uses a free service called Gravatar, which provides users the ability to control their profile pictures from one centralised account.  Once set up, your profile image will appear on your dashboard.  It’s easy to set up, and offers a lot of flexibility to manage different images for different accounts, and works across many other sites that use the same system.
